Over the years, I've found that it's so important to shoot for myself, as well as my clients. Sometimes I'll get to a location early or stick around after your session to take photos of something other than people.  See if you can find the running themes!

+ My children are all adults now, and before that, they were teenagers, soooo...they haven't really let me get a camera in their face for years. I have pictures of them, don't worry.  But when I want to be creative and just shoot for myself, I seem to always come back to 3 things. 

+ Places I've visited, especialy the beach. This is one of my favorite spots at sunset, one of the perks of living in California.

+ My pets. More specifically, my hedgehog.  She's a lot easier to hold and take pictures with than my big dogs.  Buuuut, I just got a puppy, so that's about to change!

+ Flowers.  I've been obsessed with flowers lately.  There's a new technique that I'm learning and anytime I have the chance to learn something new, I'm all over it!
